Portsmouth hosts a myriad of wonderful festivals, such as the 4th of July celebration, Oktoberfest, Winterfest, along with more events throughout the year hosted by the Friends of Portsmouth.
Friends of Portsmouth is a 501(c)3 community development organization based in Portsmouth, Ohio whose mission is to catalyze and organize positive progress and change in our community.
